Summit Leaders uses personal coaching and outdoor adventure to inspire vision and purpose in the leaders of today and tomorrow.
Summit Leaders was founded by Joël Malm in 2007. It started with leadership training conferences in the outdoors. Summit Leaders teams have hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, crossed the Scottish Highlands, rafted Grand Canyon and lots of other great adventures.
From these trips Summit Leaders Coaching was created based on the concepts in Joël's book Vision Map: Charting a Step-by-Step Course for Your Biggest Hopes and Dreams on Moody Press. Coaching participants work through a process of finding their unique wiring, identifying personal barriers to growth, conquering fears, and launching out into their calling.
Here are some of our most recent expeditions.
