Summit Leaders

Summit Leaders uses leadership coaching and outdoor adventure
to inspire vision and purpose in the leaders of today and tomorrow.  

Summit Leaders was founded by Joël Malm in 2007.  It started with leadership training conferences in the outdoors. Summit Leaders teams have hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, crossed the Scottish Highlands, rafted Grand Canyon and lots of other great adventures.

From these trips Summit Leaders Coaching was created based on the concepts in Joël's book Vision Map: Charting a Step-by-Step Course for Your Biggest Hopes and Dreams. Coaching participants work through a process of finding their unique wiring, identifying personal barriers to growth, conquering fears, and launching out into their calling.

He has traveled and led expeditions in over seventy countries on six continents and speaks three languages. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and a M.S. in Counseling.
